Role: Senior SAP Security Administrator

Duration : Long term (Remote)
Job Description:-
- We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP Security Administrator to manage and maintain user roles, access controls, and security configurations within SAP S/4HANA and SAP GRC environments.
- This role is critical to ensuring compliance, data integrity, and secure system operations across the enterprise.
- This is a role supporting one of Grant Thornton s clients, so this person will need to have excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular SAP security roles and access updates across SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Administer user access review processes and implement security configurations using SAP GRC (S/4HANA).
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure proper role design and segregation of duties.
- Monitor and resolve access-related issues and audit findings.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and access reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP security administration, particularly in SAP S/4HANA and SAP GRC.
- Strong understanding of role-based access control and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to analyze and optimize security configurations for performance and risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Prior professional/consulting experience (Deloitte, PWC, EY, KPMG) a plus.
