Job Details

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Supply Chain PM (Fleet & Facilities) for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Utility Services clients in Tampa, FL .

Responsibilities :
  • Lead and manage supply chain projects related to fleet and facilities, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for fleet management and facility operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Safety, Operations, Engineering and Construction, and others to align project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Track project progress and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to meet targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure quality and reliability of fleet and facility services.
  • Identify potential risks in supply chain operations and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all fleet and facility operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Required Skills :
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on fleet and facilities management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and supply chain management tools. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership qualities to motivate and guide project teams towards achieving objectives.
  • Ability to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project execution and reporting.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
