Title: Lead Full Stack Engineer (Java + VueJS)
Location: Rocklin, CA (Onsite)
Experience: 9+ Years
Tech Stack: Java, VueJS, NodeJS, REST APIs, Cloud, CI/CD

Position Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Lead who can drive end-to-end design, architecture and delivery of modern web applications. Candidates must have strong experience across frontend (VueJS) and backend (Java/Node) and must have demonstrated leadership experience guiding developers or squads.

Core Requirements

  • 6+ years professional software engineering experience

  • 2+ years in a technical lead or team lead role

  • Significant full stack experience (frontend + backend)

  • Strong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript (VueJS is must; React/Angular nice to have)

  • Backend development experience with Java, NodeJS (Python/Go nice to have)

  • Deep experience building & consuming RESTful APIs (GraphQL nice to have)

  • Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL data stores

  • Hands-on experience with cloud (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform) & containerization (Docker/K8s)

  • Comfortable with CI/CD, Git based workflows, agile SDLC

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Led cross-functional teams or multiple engineers on large scale product builds

  • Familiar with microservices architecture / event driven architecture

  • Experience with test automation frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress etc.)

  • Experience working in fast-paced product engineering / startup environments

  • Understanding of DevOps concepts, IaC (Terraform / Ansible), and observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)

  • Bachelor s or Master s in CS, Engineering, or related field
