RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Project Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Charlotte, NC.
Summary:
Responsibilities will include managing scope and schedule in coordination with IT delivery teams, full budget and fiscal responsibility, project and executive status and reporting, maintaining high quality and timely delivery Infrastructure Cloud projects. The candidate must be a self-starter and who can think like an owner and can learn and understand what makes the business customer tick so that they can anticipate needs and issues.
Daily Responsibilities/Scope of Role and Project:
* Manage and control aspects of project delivery (triple constraint)
REQUIREMENTS:
* Technologies required (including years of experience): None specifically required, experience with SDLC (Waterfall and/or AGILE), Network/Servers, Support and application maintenance, experience with Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Visio a plus, Cherwell, Avanti, ServiceNow, or Remedy
* Ability to manage triple constraint and PM fundamentals
* Ability to organize and manage tasks and requests in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to critically analyze a business situation and assist in developing solutions
* Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams
* Ability to clearly and accurately communicate at a project level
* Competency with PM tools and techniques (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio, project, etc.)
* Desire to learn and be part of the solution
* Any relevant Infrastructure Cloud Certifications are a bonus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
