Job summary

• Work closely with both stakeholders and staffing agencies to understand their business needs and gather contractor data points to ensure processes are being followed and systems maintained. Also review contract metadata to ensure accuracy with the contracts in client repository.
• Build purchasing catalogs with part pricing that can then be used by Buyers and Contract Managers during their procurement of goods and services.
• Analyze reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, enabling stakeholders to track progress and make informed decisions. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Experience:

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience in Coupa or SAP S4 (preferred)
• No Licensure or Certification Required

Education:

• 4 years / Bachelor's Degree (Preferred in Supply Chain, Business Admin, Economics, or Finance)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
