Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$100800 - $182400 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environments
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, Charlotte, NC, or Raleigh, NC). You'll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.

You'll have the opportunity to
- Serve as a Technology Engineering Leader, accountable for strategy, team performance, and technology enablement across the enterprise
- Act as a capability owner for key enterprise services, including:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) Foundation
- Microsoft Azure Foundation
- Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) supporting the broader organization
- Provide strategic leadership supporting key investments to help drive technology modernization.
- Define and drive technical roadmaps, cloud adoption strategies, capacity planning, and forecasting and budgeting
- Manage and grow a high-performing team - coaching, mentoring, and creating development opportunities to strengthen talent and performance
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
- Manage strategic vendor relationships with partners such as AWS, Microsoft, and HashiCorp

Who You Are
- Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of related technical experience in an enterprise environment
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, analytical, time management, delegation and decision-making skills
- Experience supporting engineers with technical and business problems, solutioning architectural issues and planning by engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Adaptable, flexible, innovative, influential, collaborative and can learn from experiences and setbacks
