Your Daily Activities Will Include
- Providing support (about 90% by email, 10% by phone) to users of custom software
You Must Have
- A professional appearance and demeanor with excellent written and spoken English
What Your Background Should Look Like
- A Bachelor s degree from an accredited university or college strongly preferred
- 1+ years of deep technical software support for Microsoft applications, including Sharepoint, OR Apple Software
- An obvious passion for software
- Enjoys writing
