Years of experience required: 4-6 years required They should have a high level of experience with software development in general and the interviews will stress test cases and how they go about solving a problem. Additional qualities to look for: The actual FHIR experience is less important than how they work with integration patterns. I don t want to narrow or limit our candidates based on previous FHIR experience as that might be hard to find. Day to Day Responsibilities of Role: This day-to-day role will work in agile environment with firm dates. They will work within the teams on enhancements to our clinical systems around Utilization Management authorizations. They must be accomplishment driven and have a strong emphasis on test cases while working. Metrics will be measured based on story points and velocity of accomplishing the given task with quality and maintainable code being the focal point. This role is unique as it s focused on the interoperability interfaces for healthcare.
