Program/Product Manager - Media & Entertainment Division
We are seeking an accomplished Program/Product Manager to lead critical initiatives within our Media & Entertainment division. This role focuses on optimizing our operational framework, particularly the Asset Order and Management Tool, using Xytech MediaPulse.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the optimization of operational infrastructure using Xytech MediaPulse.
- Oversee the management of orders and assets, ensuring seamless metadata, asset specifications, and order template handling.
- Enhance system integrations and refine workflows to improve performance and efficiency.
- Introduce new capabilities to the Asset Order and Management Tool.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, engineers, and product managers.
- Drive continuous improvements in system functionality and user experience.
Background / Experience
Ideal candidates may come from one or more of the following backgrounds:
- Program Manager, Product Manager, or Business Analyst
- System Administrator (e.g., MediaPulse, SAP, Salesforce)
- Solution Consultant (e.g., MediaPulse, SAP, Salesforce)
- Software Developer
- DevOps Specialist
Qualifications
- Expertise in system integrations, automation tools, and workflow optimization.
- Proven ability to lead requirements sessions and translate insights into actionable tasks.
- Experience in a senior role within the media and entertainment industry.
- Deep understanding of post-production workflows and digital asset management.
- Familiarity with Xytech MediaPulse or similar systems is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
