Title: Technical Lead (Java+React)
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: Long Term (Contract / Full Time)
Required Skills
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering; 3+ years in a technicallead or teamlead role.
- FrontEnd: Expertise in React JS, HTML5, CSSinJS, responsive design, browser dev tools.
- BackEnd: Strong Java (11+), Spring Boot, Spring Security, REST, and microservices patterns.
- Cloud & DevOps: Handson with AWS, Git, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab), and IaC.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, proven mentorship, and agile mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Docker & Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and caching (Redis).
- Experience with API gateways (Kong, Apigee, AWS API Gateway) and OpenAPI/Swagger.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and other security best practices.
- Familiarity with event streaming (Kafka, Amazon MSK) and reactive programming.
- Previous work in Treasury, Payments, or FinTech compliance environments.
Education:
- Bachelor s or Masters in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
