Job Title: Lab Technician & System Administration
Location: Temple Terrace, Florida
Job Summary
We are seeking a Lab Management & Co-ordination to support day-to-day operations of our Data Centre server
lab. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with server hardware, cabling, and lab setup activities, ensuring all
systems are properly installed, configured, and maintained to support engineering and QA operations.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the infrastructure, Web scale and virtualization planning teams to help them build,
maintain and operate both Red Hat Open Stack and Red Hat OpenShift clouds
Work closely with various development teams, vendors, and internal teammates to build, maintain and
monitor infrastructure used to develop next-gen solutions.
Coordinate with aforementioned resources to investigate, detail and resolve performance or functional
problems with said infrastructure.
Record and document results of all initiatives weekly present to management for review.
Interface directly with management to advise, explain and champion specific technology choices based
on results.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned such as one-time projects, onsite assessments, escalation remediation,
etc.
Rack and stack servers, storage and network equipment.
Experience with VMware, Windows Server, or Linux installations.
Act as the central point of contact for Stakeholders for the Tampa and Walnut Creek planning labs for all
server hardware issues such as firmware and bios updates, parts shipment, etc.

Mandatory Skills
Any technology certifications are welcome, however, hands on experience is preferred over
certifications.
3 5 years of experience in server lab operations or data center support.
Hands-on experience with servers, firmware tools, and iLO management.
Experience with VMware, Windows Server, or Linux installations.
Familiarity with networking basics (VLANs, PDUs, switches, cable standards).
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced lab environment.

Preferred Skills
Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
Kubernetes based deployments, operation and maintenance.
