Simplified Job Description:
We are hiring an L2 Operations Support Specialist with hands-on experience in payment systems support. The ideal candidate will support the Fiserv Enterprise Payments Platform (EPP) / Dovetail, troubleshoot payment transactions (SWIFT, ACH, MTS), and utilize modern DevOps and monitoring tools. This role involves working with Node.js, Mainframes, and tools like Datadog, OpenShift, Docker, and Jenkins to maintain high reliability of payment infrastructure.

Must-Have Skills:
3+ years in Payment Systems L2 support

Experience with Fiserv EPP / Dovetail Payments

Familiar with SWIFT, MTS, ACH payment protocols

Strong in Datadog for monitoring

Experience with OpenShift & Docker

Working knowledge of Jenkins CI/CD pipelines

Scripting/development using Node.js

Exposure to Mainframes

Experience with Linux/Unix and basic shell scripting

Good troubleshooting and incident management skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Familiar with Glassbox for user interaction analysis

Understanding of ISO20022, SEPA, PCI-DSS compliance

Knowledge of automation tools for system operations

Familiar with ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management)

Database query knowledge (e.g., SQL)
