RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Content Writer 1 in Redmond, WA.

Summary:
The main function of a Content Writer is to write technical materials, such as equipment materials, appendices, or operating and maintenance instructions. A typical technical writer is responsible for organizing, editing and maintaining technical records and files.

Job Responsibilities:
* Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology
* Maintain records and files of work and revisions
* Confer with client to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication

REQUIREMENTS:
* 1-2 years of experience writing and publishing game-related content or training
* Experience creating consumer-facing instructions for technical processes for providing self-service and email support to customers
* Experience creating or reviewing training resources and developing internal knowledge base resources is preferred
* The supplier must upload/include a Writing portfolio in addition to the resume during submitting the candidate
* Passion for gaming and a sincere interest in the latest technology trends
* Desire to build a world-class player experience from the ground up
* Ability to communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and accurately

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
