We are looking for a qualified candidate to support Client s Global portfolio of 1300+ hotels through the transition process to Client s new Property Management Suite, Opera Cloud & Colleague
Advantage. This role will be responsible for preparing the hotel configuration data used to build Opera, conducting project kickoff and training webinars, and migrating data to the new PMS.
This will require interaction with hotel teams, vendors and regional teams across the globe.
This position requires 10% travel for onboarding and team meetings.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development of training material for use by the Deployment team, the hotels or our vendors. Training materials include slide decks, trainers notes, and videos.
Managing deployment to multiple properties simultaneously.
Conduct training webinars related to Client s Property Management Suite as needed during hotel transition
Collect, review and update hotel configuration data in accordance with Client standards.
Maintain strong relationships with Client s PMS vendors that will be supporting us with training and implementation efforts.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Reservations, Front Office or related rooms operations experience (2+ years)
Hotel Supervisory Experience in Operations (2+ years)
Robust experience with Client s business practices in use with Oracle s Opera Property Management System
Experience in delivering and preparing training
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Operations experience with RESERVE CRS, HotSOS, Medallia Concierge, Sertifi, Credit Card processing
EDUCATION:
High school diploma/GED required and 3 years work experience in hotel operations.
Salary/ Rate: $60-$65/hour (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week . Contract duration is 6 months with possible extensions. This position currently does not offer any benefits.
