Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Taleo Specialist to support out client recruiting and onboarding systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding modules, along with hands-on experience in TCC (Taleo Connect Client) scripting for integrations and data migrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- Develop and troubleshoot TCC scripts for data integration and automation.
- Partner with HR and IT teams to optimize system workflows and candidate experience.
- Perform system testing, user support, and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain documentation for Taleo processes and integrations.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle Taleo Recruiting & Onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of TCC scripting, XML, and data mapping.
- Experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments (Starbucks or similar).
- Familiarity with HR systems integration and data governance.
