Sr. BSA/Product Manager
Term: 12 month contract (potential for full-time conversion)
Location - Plano, TX (Hybrid, 2 days/week)
Note: Must have with Roadmap, Backlog, SQL, Power BI, ETL

Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to bridge business objectives with technical
solutions in the role of Senior Business Systems Analyst / Product Manager Data Solutions. This hybrid
role is ideal for someone who can interpret business needs, define technical requirements, and drive the
implementation of data-driven products and platforms.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with stakeholders to understand business problems, guide
solution design, and manage the end-to-end delivery of data initiatives. Acting as a conduit between
cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product this role requires
a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and product thinking.
Education & Experience
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, data analysis, or product management roles
within data-driven environments.
Technical Proficiency
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, R, or Scala).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and cloud-native data services.
Proficient with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Knowledge of Data Lakehouse concepts (e.g., Delta Lake, Snowflake) and big data frameworks
(e.g., Apache Spark).
Working knowledge of Databricks platform
