RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is looking for a local candidate in Taylorsville, UT for the Salesforce Developer role. This position is intended for someone with several years of employment experience on Salesforce development projects.
Responsibilities:
* Salesforce Developer will support, maintain and develop in Salesforce platform
* Analyze business requirements
* Work through the development lifecycle as technical requirements are implemented
* Develop, implement, test, maintain, and document solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
* Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
* 2 years of employed experience developing in Salesforce, preferably including migrations into and out of Salesforce
* Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP)
* Experience with functional testing
* Employed Salesforce Platform application development experience
* Experience providing end user training and support
* Understanding of Salesforce security model including profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets
* Understanding of Salesforce Platform application development best practices
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies
* Proficiency in Salesforce Object Query Language and Salesforce Object Search Language
* Test software using appropriate methodology and techniques
* Ability to work with people in a manner which shows sensitivity and tact
Scoring:
* 20% - Cost
* 35% - Level of experience in Salesforce development
* 25% - Level of experience with integrations and migrations into or out of Salesforce
* 20% - Flexibility to support Salesforce projects on an as needed basis
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
