Location - Erie, PA

This is a 100% ONSITE position with Direct client. Non Locals can be considered as long as they are willing to RELOCATE. NO HYBRID or REMOTE.

Delivery Manager

• The Delivery Leader will be accountable for deliveries in the portfolio.
• Contribute towards opportunity assessment on work that could support the strategic outcomes.
• Responsible for review and bringing in best practices, standardization, and suggestions for the portfolio.
• Bring forward themes and ideas for innovation and improvement and work with OPL to jointly execute.
• Focus on specialized competency development/improvement for the portfolio.
• Promote and implement ideas for collaboration and inclusiveness.
• Leadership Development
• Process standardization and focus on mitigation that spans across the workstreams.
• Responsible for review and bringing in ideas and options for cost efficiency.
