TECHNCIAL ARCHITECT

  • Lead the architectural design and strategic planning for the infrastructure and cloud domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
  • Define and enforce best practices for secure software development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to integrate security into every phase of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to support the infrastructure strategy.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and operations teams.
  • Communicate architectural decisions and roadmaps to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the organizations infrastructure and cloud capabilities
  • Design architectures with robust data security and privacy measures.
  • Establish and enforce architectural principles, standards, and best practices for infrastructure and cloud solutions
  • Conduct architecture reviews to ensure consistency with enterprise goals.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineering teams.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering or in a Technology related field, OR equivalent through a combination of education and/or technology experience, OR 12 years of technology experience
  • 8 years of architecture experience
  • 8 years of experience leading large, complex/critical technology projects
  • 8 years of experience influencing strategy for large organizations
  • 6 years of experience leading and mentoring others
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Banking or highly regulated industry experience
  • Experience in SRE, SDLC, Security, or Operations is a plus
