Job Overview: We are currently seeking a talented Oracle WMS Specialist to join our client's team in Cloud Raleigh, NC, and lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Warehouse Management System solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle WMS modules and a proven track record of delivering successful WMS projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) modules, including but not limited to Inventory Management, Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, and Shipping.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand their warehouse management requirements and translate them into effective WMS solutions within the Oracle ecosystem.
• Configure and customize Oracle WMS modules to align with the unique warehouse processes and workflows of LTmindtech's clients.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing warehouse operations and identify opportunities for optimization and automation using Oracle WMS capabilities.
• Provide expert guidance and support to client teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional analysts, technical developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Oracle WMS solutions with LTmindtech's overall service offerings.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in Oracle WMS technology, sharing knowledge and insights with internal teams and clients to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Proactively identify and address technical challenges or issues that may arise during the implementation process, leveraging advanced problem-solving skills and Oracle WMS expertise.
