The ideal candidate has experience in community building and/or managing an ambassador or advocacy program, and is energized by empowering young creatives. Familiarity with customer advocacy platforms (e.g., Influitive, Base) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Ambassador Support & Enablement
    • Manage a strong operational foundation for the Student Ambassador Program, including challenge troubleshooting, check-ins, and peer support escalation.
    • Maintain a regular cadence of ambassador communications including office hours, newsletters, and virtual events.
    • Coordinate and lead ambassador enablement, training sessions, and professional development opportunities throughout the academic year.
    • Manage ambassador onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring clear expectations and seamless integration into the community.
    • Foster a thriving community by creating opportunities for connection, collaboration, and peer recognition.
  • Content Development & Resource Management
    • Collaborate with the PMM team to communicate content needs and ensure timely development of student-facing materials.
    • Own and maintain a library of branded templates, presentation decks, and promotional assets for use in workshops, tabling, and digital campaigns.
    • Collect and curate ambassador-generated content to amplify student voices across internal and external channels.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Reporting
    • Represent the ambassador perspective in key meetings with business stakeholders, marketing, and product teams.
    • Own the planning and execution of Summer and Winter Institute virtual summits.
    • Maintain documentation and dashboards to track engagement, impact, and program success.

Required Skills
  • 2-4 years in program management, community building, or marketing-bonus if in B2C or Gen Z-focused environments.
  • Proven experience building and/or managing ambassador, advocacy, or peer leadership programs.
  • Experience with customer advocacy platforms (e.g., Influitive, Base) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage scalable programs with multiple workstreams and
  • stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and content development skills; ability to write clearly for both student and executive audiences.
  • Comfortable using Adobe creative tools, particularly Adobe Express.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product marketing, creative, and external agency partners.
