Required Skills:
Around 4+ years' experience working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a Consultant or BA
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise - 4+ years of experience with SFMC, including knowledge of its suite and integrations with Salesforce Core Clouds.
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering - Strong ability to work with multiple stakeholders, document user requirements, process flows, and functional specifications. Experience working in Agile methodologies - JIRA, Confluence, Release model, Change Management, etc.
Technical Documentation & Testing Coordination - Experience in documenting technical specifications, designing solutions, and collaborating with QA for test plans and user acceptance testing.
Communication & Stakeholder Management - Proven ability to act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project goals.
Technical Knowledge - Basic coding skills in AMP script, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of the overall SFMC suite and able to guide customers to the right solution
Understanding of Salesforce Core Clouds and how they can be integrated with SFMC
Worked closely with stakeholders & decision makers to gather requirements and work with end users
Able to document technical specifications and design technical solutions from requirements
Knowledge of AMPscript, HTML, CSS & JavaScript

Contributes advanced knowledge in formulating systems scope and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and user requirements, process flow definitions and functional specifications.
Documents requirements and formulates test plans with QA and other partner groups prior to requesting business user testing.
Coordinates with users to determine and document business and user requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications.
Responsible for document repositories, maintenance and updates of project documentation library.
Leads project team with gaining business user acceptance.
Reviews progress and evaluates results for accuracy and efficiency.
