Job Title: SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI Consultant
Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Integration Suite (BTP-IS) / SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Consultant to develop and manage scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions across cloud and on-premise systems. This role is critical to enabling digital transformation initiatives by connecting SAP and non-SAP systems seamlessly within a hybrid IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite, including CPI (Cloud Integration), Open Connectors, and API Management.
  • Develop and configure iFlows for real-time and batch integrations using various protocols (SOAP, REST, OData, SFTP, IDoc, etc.).
  • Perform message mappings using XSLT and Groovy scripts.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues; manage error handling and logging.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and solution architects to understand integration requirements.
  • Build secure and performant interfaces between SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and third-party applications.
  • Implement integration best practices, reusability strategies, and performance tuning.
  • Support the full software development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and maintain integration artifacts.
  • Contribute to the evolution of enterprise integration strategy and governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP CPI / BTP Integration Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP integration adapters (HTTP, SOAP, REST, OData, SFTP, IDoc, etc.).
  • Experience with Groovy scripting, XSLT, and message mapping.
  • Deep understanding of cloud integration patterns, security standards (OAuth2, Basic Auth), and protocols.
  • Familiarity with API Management, Event Mesh, and Open Connectors in BTP.
  • Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA or other SAP SaaS products (SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, and DevOps practices is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certification in SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI.
  • Experience with Integration Advisor and B2B integration scenarios.
  • Exposure to agile methodologies and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience integrating with non-SAP systems such as Salesforce, Workday, or third-party APIs.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
