Team Lead / .NET / Azure / Backend

A leading consulting company bas in Philadelphia is hiring an experienced Team Lead! You will be leading a team of 3 developers in developing cutting-edge employment screening application. This vital tool is used by top-tier clients, including Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and utility providers.

As a Team Lead, you'll play a key role in designing and developing backend solutions using C#, .NET 6, Microservices, SQL, and Azure. This is a 100% backend-focused role, where you will take ownership of driving innovation and ensuring the success of critical backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing team of developers, fostering collaboration and providing technical guidance.
• Design and implement scalable backend systems using C#, .NET 6, Microservices, SQL, and Azure.
• Build and maintain robust, efficient REST APIs and Microservices to support enterprise-level applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale backend systems to meet performance and reliability goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in backend development with a strong focus on C#, .NET 6+, SQL, and Azure.
• Proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining REST APIs and Microservices.
• Solid experience working in cloud environments, particularly Azure.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
