Hospitals, emergency medical services (EMS), and others trust us to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

They are looking for an ALS Product Manager to be in a critical position to support the company's mission. The individual will be responsible for providing leadership for their Product Portfolio. This position will be upstream in nature and will be responsible for the life cycle management of the product portfolio.

This is a full-time hybrid role in Chelmsford, MA.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience with successfully launching products.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical information into meaningful sales and customer messaging.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
  • A proven track record of developing and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
  • Financial modeling and forecasting experience a plus.
Preferred Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Engineering or equivalent.
  • 4-7+ years of relevant product and/or market experience. Upstream marketing experience in the medical device industry preferred
Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete life cycle of designated product line(s), encompassing the introduction of novel products and the optimization of the product portfolio.
  • Demonstrate specialized knowledge in the assigned product domain, maintaining a thorough understanding of current clinical practices and diverse product use cases.
  • Serve as the Customer Advocate for the product portfolio, formulating customer requirements and suggesting innovative product ideas. Proactively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to convey market demands and global strategies for the assigned product line(s).
  • Facilitate ongoing alignment concerning project timelines and expectations among project team members and management. Ensure the timely and efficient execution of established projects and priorities.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of product and market trends, competitive dynamics, reimbursement factors, clinical advancements, and activities in Advanced Development. Guarantee that product strategies and development initiatives align with market needs and overarching strategies.
  • Develop compelling business models and deliver recommendations to senior leadership with a focus on creating a significant impact.
