Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a highly skilled LMS Administrator to lead and manage the enterprise-level Learning Management System.
- The ideal candidate will oversee system configuration, support organizational learning strategies, manage training content, provide analytics, and ensure seamless user experience across internal teams.
- This role plays a critical part in aligning technology with learning, compliance, and employee development goals.
System Leadership And Management
- Serve as the primary administrator and owner of the enterprise LMS.
- Manage LMS configuration, system integrations, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain the system including regular updates, user access controls, and data integrity.
Learning Strategy And Governance:
- Develop and implement governance policies for content creation, publishing standards, reporting, and access.
- .Align LMS strategy with organizational learning, compliance, and development goals
- Serve as subject matter expert in e-learning technologies and instructional design standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI).
Content And Course Management
- Oversee the lifecycle of training content (design, testing, deployment, and archiving).
- Ensure accurate tagging, cataloging, and audience-specific course assignment
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to deploy new programs.
Reporting And Analytics:
- Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and KPIs related to learner progress, compliance, and content effectiveness.
- Monitor LMS usage trends to inform system improvements and learner engagement strategies.
Support And Training:
- Provide support and training to internal LMS users including HR, designers, and end users.
- Develop user documentation and conduct training sessions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolutions with LMS vendors.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in instructional technology, information systems, education, human resources, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing an enterprise-level LMS (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Moodle, Docebo).
- Proven experience in LMS administration and leading cross-functional training initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SCORM/xAPI, SSO, and LMS integration protocols.
Should Have:
- Master's degree or certifications (e.g., CPLP, ATD, SHRM, PMP).
- Experience with enterprise integrations (e.g., SSO, HRIS, APIs).
- Instructional design or e-learning development background.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1, Section 508).
