Below is the job description.

Role: D365 Functional Consultant

Location: Greater Fort Lauderdale area, FL

Long Term Contract

Required Experience:

• At least 10 years of experience in ERP implementation
• At least two full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 F&O (D365/AX) in discrete manufacturing environment (industrial, automotive, engineering, machinery, etc.)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proven experience in ERP architecture and system integration.
• Very good knowledge of Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 across the entire functional areas.
• Working with Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 F&O as a functional leader
• Experience managing/leading teams both on and offshore
• Strong analytical approach and knowledge of the configurations in Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365
• Experience in ERP QA and rollout Testing.
• Strong consultative approach to client engagement.
• Demonstrated ability in partner collaboration and team leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to review requirements, conduct business process analysis, and design and execute Dynamics 365 F&O testing strategy.
• Collaborate with client to validate that configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 F&O aligns with client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
• Run and participate workshops with your clients, consultants, and client leaders.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients to improve their processes, drive operational efficiency, and achieve business objectives.
• Work with the technical team to make sure that your clients' needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions.
