Job Title: Senior Cisco Engineer - DNAC and ISE Specialist

Salary: $120K - $125/year

About Us:

Seeking a talented and experienced Senior Cisco Engineer with expertise in DNAC (DNA Center) and ISE (Identity Services Engine). The ideal candidate will be based in or near Nashville, Tennessee, and possess in-depth knowledge of 5G technologies, Cisco security solutions, and VX Block replacement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. DNAC and ISE Implementation:

• • Design, implement, and maintain Cisco DNAC solutions for network automation and management.
  • Deploy and manage Identity Services Engine (ISE) to ensure secure network access and policy enforcement.

1. 5G Integration:

• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate 5G technologies into the existing network infrastructure.
  • Ensure seamless connectivity and performance optimization in a 5G environment.

1. Cisco Security:

• • Implement and manage Cisco security solutions to safeguard the network against cyber threats.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and recommend improvements to enhance overall security posture.

1. VX Block Replacement:

• • Lead the replacement of VX Blocks with modern and efficient infrastructure solutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to plan and execute the replacement project seamlessly.

1. Network Optimization:

• • Continuously monitor and optimize the network infrastructure for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner.

1. Documentation and Training:

• • Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior team members and end-users.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification is required.
• Proven experience with Cisco DNAC and ISE implementations in enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of 5G technologies and their integration into existing networks.
• Expertise in Cisco security solutions and best practices.
• Experience with VX Block replacement projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
