Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of CrewNet within the ServiceNow Employee Center Pro platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and Crew Experience to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow Employee Center Pro.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the CrewNet development team.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support knowledge transfer and skill development for the CrewNet team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow Employee Center Pro and CrewNet functionalities.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in ServiceNow development and implementation.
Qualifications
- ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience.
- Implementing Employee Center Pro for an enterprise intranet/multi-department portal with news, announcements, org charts, employee profiles, integrated AI search (including indexing and taxonomy configuration), knowledge articles, case management, virtual agent, etc.
