INTERVIEW PROCESS: Initial MS Teams virtual interview. 2nd interview ‘onsite’ is highly likely.
We are seeking two (2) Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Programmers in Houston TX for Oracle EBS R12.2.10 production support for the next 6-9 months during a major upgrade. Onsite is required (no exceptions).
Provide technical and functional support for developing and supporting Oracle related customizations and extensions covering the
following modules in HCM modules:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
- Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB)
- Oracle Learning Management (OLM)
- Compensation Workbench (CWB)
- Self-Service HR
- Workflow and AME
TOP DAILY PRIORITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides technical development and support for Oracle EBS modules.
- Collaborates with customers to ascertain system specifications and business/technical requirements to create spec documents that meet their needs.
- Responsible for completion of all required Change Management tasks and relevant SOX control requirements (if applicable).
- Tracking deliverable and provide reporting to management as needed.
Willing to travel up to 10% is preferred
Qualifications (REQUIRED):
- Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, MIS or CIS from a 4-year accredited university, or 15 years of related industry or technical experience
is required. - R12.2.x experience in development, implementations, production support, and upgrades is required, R12.2.10 preferred.
- 5 or more years’ experience with Oracle EBS Suite HCM modules:
- HR
- Payroll
- Pay element and fast formula
- 2 years (min) experience with HRMS US Year-end W2 process is required
- (OTL) Oracle Time & Labor
- OTL time entry rules
- OTL Fast Formula
- (OAB) Oracle Advanced Benefits
- Absence management is required
- 3 years (min) experience with:
- (OLM) Oracle Learning Management
- (CWB) Compensation Workbench
- 5 years of experience with the following Oracle Development Tools:
- Forms, Reports
- PL/SQL
- XML Publisher
- Web-ADI
- Workflow
- SQL Loader
- Oracle Developer 10g (Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, Workflow) Toad, Sql*Plus, and UNIX.
- Oracle RDBMS: 19c running on Linux x86 64 bit is preferred.
Visual Studio GIT/ADO and Flex Deploy tools are preferred but not required
