Job Title: Program/ Project Manager

Location: New Hartford, CT

Duration: 12 Months

The Program/ Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading and coordinating a strategic program workstreams in collaboration with customer and vendor teams
  • Developing and maintaining high-level and detailed project plans.
  • Facilitating cross-functional alignment and ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
  • Preparing and presenting Executive-level status reports to senior leadership.
  • Managing stakeholder communications and expectations across multiple geographies.

Supporting contractual and procurement milestones including SOW finalization, vendor onboarding, and budget tracking Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or technology.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with Executive Leadership and manage complex stakeholder environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in executive reporting, including RAG status, risk mitigation, and strategic updates.
  • Experience working within global matrixed organizations and navigating procurement and compliance processes.
