"We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PLM Business System Analyst with expertise in the Aero domain and hands-on experience with Enovia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions that enhance efficiency and support our aerospace projects. This role requires a deep understanding of PLM processes, project management skills, and an ability to collaborate with various departments to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis: Understand and analyze business requirements related to PLM processes in the aerospace domain. Translate these requirements into functional specifications for Enovia solutions.
System Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and implement PLM solutions using Enovia. Ensure that the system supports the business needs effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of PLM solutions.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Enovia and PLM processes. Develop user documentation and training materials.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize PLM performance and efficiency.
Compliance: Ensure that PLM solutions comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PLM Business System Analyst, with at least 3 years in the aerospace domain.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Enovia configuration and customization. Understanding of PLM methodologies and tools.
Domain Knowledge: Strong knowledge of aerospace industry standards, processes, and regulations.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective PLM solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and technology advancements.
