Job Details
Job Title: SW developer for Qos [quality of software]
Location: San Jose, CA (day 1 onsite but will explore Remote options too)
Duration: 12+ month Contract role
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Must have Bachelors or Masters in Engineering degree
- Must have expert level coding skills for C, C++ and python
- Must have 10+ years of experience in embedded systems [ Router/Switch software] programming and Unit test
- Must have knowledge of device drivers
- Must have knowledge of QOS technical area. working knowledge of one or more of policymaps, classmaps, WRED, RDMA
- Qos experience on router software (Qos experience on Juniper or Arista skill set or Nokia) - must
- Must have good trouble shooting skills
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient with using github, co-pilot, Jira etc.
- IOS XR experience is preferred
