Job Description:

  • Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of post-quantum cryptography strategies. Provide expert knowledge of classical cryptographic algorithms (RSA, ECC, AES, SHA, etc.) and their application across systems.
  • Guide the creation of a cryptographic bill of materials (CBOM) and perform crypto-inventory and risk categorization for enterprise systems. Evaluate and recommend post-quantum cryptographic algorithms (NIST candidates, hybrid models, lattice-based, hash-based, code-based, multivariate, etc.).
  • Develop migration roadmaps from classical cryptography to PQC or hybrid cryptographic approaches. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate PQC solutions into databases, applications, Plisses, and cloud environments. Stay up to date with NIST PQC standardiza-tion efforts, industry best practices, and emerging threats.
    Provide leadership, mentorship, and tech-nical direction to junior cryptography engineers and security professionals.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data protection frameworks.
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) Tech Lead, to drive our cryptographic modernization strategy and lead initiatives that ensure our systems remain secure in the era of quantum computing.
  • The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in classical cryptography, a solid understanding of post-quantum cryptographic algorithms, and practical experience in developing and executing migration strategies from classical to PQC or hybrid cryptographic models.
  • The Tech Lead will work cross-functionally with security architects, product teams, and engineering group to design, implement, and guide the adoption of PQC solutions across enterprise applications, databases, and cloud environ-ments.
