Job description:

  • Hands on experience on JAVA technologies Angular JS 6 9UI HTML CSS
  • Application Development maintenance and Support activities involved in Distribution applications and JAVA Development Support projects
  • Requirements Analysis Design Coding Reviews Unit testing
  • Strong proficiency in Java 8 Spring Boot and J2EE
  • Experience with cloud platforms AWS preferred
  • Knowledge of legacy systems and modernization techniques
  • Experience with RESTful APIs SQLNoSQL databases
  • Understanding of CICD tools and practices
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Analyze existing legacy Java applications and identify modernization opportunities
  • Design and implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs
  • Refactor and optimize legacy code for performance scalability and maintainability
  • Integrate CICD pipelines using tools like Jenkins GitLab or GitHub Actions
  • Work in AgileScrum environments and participate in sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
  • Document technical designs architecture decisions and modernization strategies
  • Identifies continuous productivity improvement opportunities
  • Participate in daytoday issues regarding service delivery
  • Maintain and provide status and performance reports
  • Reviews the daily deliverables from offshore and provides status updates on the deliverables with onshore
  • Provide technical domain clarifications to the offshore developers
