A ServiceNow Manager oversees the strategy, development, and administration of the ServiceNow platform to deliver high-value business outcomes. This is a senior-level position that combines deep technical platform expertise with strong leadership, project management, and business acumen.

The specific duties of a ServiceNow Manager vary by company but typically include:

  • Platform strategy and vision: Defining the long-term roadmap for the ServiceNow platform and aligning it with business goals. This involves exploring new modules and opportunities for automation and digital integration.
  • Team leadership: Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of ServiceNow developers, administrators, and business analysts. They are responsible for team development, performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative culture.
