job summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our clients team and help ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our software products. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, conducting thorough software testing, and collaborating closely with development teams to maintain high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field, a solid understanding of software testing and test automation, and familiarity with Agile methodologies and the full software development life cycle. A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is required, and a CSQE certification is a plus. Join us and play a key role in delivering exceptional software to our users.

responsibilities:


  • Conduct software testing to identify and resolve defects.
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform test automation and software quality assurance (SQA) activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress and results.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact software quality.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the QA team.


qualifications:

Education



  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.


Experience



  • Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience with software testing and test automation.


Certifications



  • Preferred: Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) or equivalent.
