Job Details
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop, enhance, and maintain cloud-hosted applications that support CRM, loyalty, and user engagement systems.
Build both backend and frontend features using PHP, Python, MySQL, JavaScript (HTML/CSS), and related frameworks.
Design and manage RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CloudFormation, Packer, and Chef.
Participate in Agile team ceremonies, code reviews, and cross-functional planning sessions.
Monitor application performance and support production systems as part of an on-call rotation.
Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience developing full-stack applications in production environments.
Advanced skills in PHP, MySQL, and MVC frameworks (e.g., Symfony or similar).
Experience building web interfaces with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud) and deploying cloud-native solutions.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean code principles.
Proficiency in version control (Git) and CI/CD tools and processes.
Ability to debug, test, and optimize large-scale systems effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience deploying and managing AWS resources (EC2, Load Balancers, S3, Lambda, SQS).
Familiarity with Python in production applications.
Background working on CRM, loyalty platforms, or customer engagement systems.
Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.
Comfort working in a hybrid-cloud or microservices environment.
