Job Details

Join our team as a Sr. IT Analyst where you will have the chance to work on innovative projects in a remote setting, focusing on automating processes and enhancing cloud infrastructure. This role offers a dynamic environment for those passionate about CI/CD automation and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Streamline manual processes related to Amazon Machine Images (AMIs) in EKS clusters to boost efficiency and ensure service stability.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain automation solutions using AWS, Kubernetes, Python, and GitHub Actions.
  • Document processes and train team members on new automation tools and practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
  • Proficiency in managing AWS services and Kubernetes.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with CI/CD tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Flux and GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code practices.
  • Background in project management or agile methodologies.
