Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract opportunity, ideal for someone who excels at analyzing business needs and driving effective solutions. The role offers the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support critical business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals and deliverables.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows and process maps.
Provide ongoing support and guidance during the implementation of new systems or processes.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks in a timely manner.
Ensure that solutions align with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
Conduct thorough testing to validate system functionality and user requirements.
Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a senior-level role.
Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
Proficiency in creating detailed workflows, process maps, and functional specifications.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to identify risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
Familiarity with testing methodologies and validation processes.
Knowledge of business operations and compliance requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
