Job Description

• 12+ years of overall experience with a minimum 5 years of direct experience as a project manager.
• Experience helping to document processes, guidelines, templates and best practices within PMOs.
• Expertise in leading cross-functional ceremonies and utilizing data-driven tools like Jira and Confluence for progress tracking and documentation.
• Experience developing in-house platforms for internal processes
• Experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members capabilities and skill sets.
• Experience working on family-oriented products, parental controls, or child safety-related services in the gaming or software industry.
• Experience managing multi-region collaboration across time zones, ensuring seamless coordination and product execution.
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience developing .NET web applications and working knowledge of SQL Server.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Experience in managing and developing people and high-performing teams.

• Experience in analyzing data to drive decisions.
• Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment.
• Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.

• Experience in Project and Program Management in the engineering services.
• Experience in staffing fulfillment, right from understanding of customer requirements to working through with customer and external stakeholders/CFTs.
