Project Manager - Financial Data Warehouse (Austin, 20% Remote, 3+ Months)

iSphere is on the lookout for a seasoned Project Manager (PMP required) to help guide the next phase of a major Financial Data Warehouse initiative in Austin. If you know how to balance Agile momentum with enterprise-scale structure, this one s for you.

You won t just be tracking tasks. You ll be shaping the project charter, aligning cross-functional teams, making sure complex business and technical objectives are understood, and ensuring deliverables actually stick. From planning and budgeting to leading discussions with leadership, you ll be the person everyone counts on to keep things moving forward.

What You ll Be Doing

• Plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of the Financial Data Warehouse project.

• Implement standard PMI best practices in an Agile/Scrum setting.

• Communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders, translating technical and business needs seamlessly.

• Create and maintain project artifacts including charters, work plans, and reports.

• Support project delivery with presentations, progress updates, and on-call technical support as needed.

• Bring structure and clarity to a project environment that blends complex data work with real-world delivery timelines.

What You Bring

• 6+ years managing large-scale enterprise projects.

• 6+ years experience in Texas state government or similar federal/state environments.

• 3+ years Agile/Scrum experience.

• 3+ years hands-on development experience.

• 3+ years working in Jira.

• PMP certification (required) must be noted on your resume; proof may be requested.

• Preferred extras: Texas Project Delivery Framework, data warehouse or database reporting experience, and procurement/contracting experience.
