Position Summary:
The State of South Carolina is seeking two experienced Project Managers (Intermediate level) to provide operational and technical support for IT infrastructure and Audio-Visual systems. These are rebid positions, and the selected candidates will play a key role in stabilizing and managing help desk operations, network access, and user/device support.
This is a fully onsite opportunity requiring daily presence at the work location and cannot accommodate non-residents or remote workers. Candidates must be submitted with a complete Right to Represent, SC Cover Sheet, and resume with legal first and last names.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day help desk operations including Tier I and Tier II support.

Provide technical support for Audio-Visual equipment and systems.

Support IT networking operations and troubleshooting.

Administer and manage user access, accounts, and networked peripheral devices.

Maintain a stable IT support environment to ensure business continuity.

Assist in planning and implementing IT solutions aligned with long-term organizational goals.
