Description

We are looking for a talented Marketing Video Producer to join our team in Metairie, Louisiana. This contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the creation of impactful video content that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, webinars, and social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production and a creative approach to translating complex topics into engaging visual stories.

Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the in-house video studio, including scheduling and equipment oversight.
Develop and produce high-quality video content aligned with marketing campaigns and organizational goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of video projects.
Apply digital marketing strategies to optimize video content for maximum reach and engagement across platforms.
Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure videos align with brand standards and messaging.
Establish and refine production workflows to enhance efficiency and maintain consistent visual quality.
Track video performance metrics and use insights to improve future content.
Support multimedia projects such as podcasts, motion graphics, and interactive content.
Assist with cross-departmental video needs to address broader organizational objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, film, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in producing and editing video content with a strong attention to detail.
Proven expertise in digital marketing environments, preferably in a B2B context.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
Experience with video production elements such as lighting, sound, and multi-camera setups.
Knowledge of motion graphics and video optimization strategies.
Familiarity with content management systems like HubSpot or Marketo is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
