Site Planner - Architect

**COMPENSATION IS 100-110K PLUS UP TO 10% ANNUAL TARGET BONUS. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE. HYBRID SCHEDULE NEAR CLEVELAND, OH WITH 30-40% TRAVEL TO SITES LOCALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY**

The Site Planning Specialist position is intended to assist Sales representatives and customers in identifying suitable locations for medical imaging equipment as well as assisting customers to prepare their sites for installation of MRI and CT systems, providing site planning support to all departments as needed. Also serves as a resource providing technical support and leadership in the resolution of more difficult siting issues that arise.

Experience:

• MINIMUM 3+ years of experience in Architectural site planning and Project Management.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Architecture or related field required.

Special Skills or Other Job Requirements:

• Must have strong computer skills.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD or become proficient in AutoCAD within 90 days of hire.
• Must present excellent organizational skills.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have a valid driver s license with a safe driving record.
• Must be willing to travel and work off hours as needed.
