We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team, where you'll develop critical data management and visualization tools that help our partners gain valuable insights through efficient data processing and robust infrastructure.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement backend features for platform partners using Go/Java
- Build, operate, and maintain data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform for efficient data ingestion and processing
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot performance issues to ensure platform reliability
- Design and optimize database structures and queries for handling structured/unstructured data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement partner requirements and system improvements
- Deploy and maintain cloud-based applications with a focus on scalability and reliability
REQUIREMENTS
- BS in a STEM field with 4+ years' experience in Go/Java or similar strongly typed languages
- Proven experience (3+ years) developing data pipelines and APIs for diverse data types
- Strong database fundamentals and SQL expertise for efficient data management
- Experience developing and deploying applications on cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform
- Excellent technical communication skills and proficiency with GitHub for collaborative development
