Job Details

Description
Setup, install, and maintain applications, networked devices, computer workstations, laptops, printers, phones, tablets, cabling, and other equipment.
Troubleshoot and support applications, networked devices, computer workstations, laptops, printers, phones, cabling, and other equipment. Escalate as necessary.
Provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software, and peripherals.
Provision and disable user accounts, reset and update passwords, modify group memberships, and manage Office 365 membership and mailboxes.
Administer IT support request ticketing system. Assign, modify, update, and escalate support tickets. Follow up to ensure that technical requests are being addressed in a timely manner.
Assist with maintenance of cellular and office phones. Setup accounts create extensions, mailboxes.
Participate in regular meetings with the other members of the IT Department to discuss project status and outstanding issues.
Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
Investigate and resolve workstation and application related issues.
Provide first level support, assist in troubleshooting application and system issues.
Maintain a working relationship with all business departments and IT team members.
Follow company safety and health guidelines and other company policies.
Travel to other office locations may be required.
Maintain a valid driver's license. Always ensure HR has a copy of a current, valid license on file.
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Experience Required for This Position:
2 or more years related work experience in helpdesk environment
Knowledge and experience with PCs, some servers, network, and software
Data cabling in switch closets
Experience working in IT management tool
Microsoft desktop operating systems
Tablets / Android & Apple
Mobile Phones / Android devices
Microsoft Office 365 Support & Administration
Active Directory / Entries, Password Reset's
MDM / Maas 360
Deployment Software / SmartDeploy

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
