Description

We are looking for a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in designing user-centric solutions, ensuring seamless and engaging digital experiences. This opportunity is ideal for a creative individual who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
Create intuitive and visually appealing designs using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD, and Figma.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to enhance user interaction and engagement.
Conduct user testing and analyze feedback to refine designs and improve usability.
Apply principles of brand awareness to ensure consistency across digital platforms.
Utilize CSS and other web technologies to implement design elements.
Perform A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness and optimize user experiences.
Work within Agile Scrum methodologies to deliver projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Design for Android platforms, ensuring compatibility and functionality across devices.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD.
Experience with Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
Strong knowledge of CSS and web development technologies.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and collaborative workflows.
Ability to conduct user testing and analyze data to improve designs.
Expertise in A/B testing for enhancing user engagement.
Understanding of brand awareness principles and their application in design.
Experience designing for Android platforms and ensuring cross-device functionality.
