Role Overview

We are seeking a senior-level BeyondTrust Consultant/Architect (L3) to validate, stabilize, and optimize our current BeyondTrust environment. The role involves ensuring correct setup, refining processes, aligning resources with demand, and enabling a smooth transition once the environment and team are fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

Validate and stabilize the current BeyondTrust (BT) environment.
Guide and mentor the existing team to refine operational processes.
Assess and align resource capacity with BT demand.
Design, install, implement, and configure BeyondTrust PAM components (PBPS, PRA).
Define and manage user policies, workflows, custom connectors, certifications, and privileged account provisioning.
Manage access across Windows, Unix/Linux, web portals, and RDP-published apps.
Perform account, service, and task discovery; target system and application onboarding.
Provide architectural input for access control, entitlement management, credential security, HA/DR, and privileged access policies.
Implement application-to-application clients and automation scripts using REST API.
Act as SME for BeyondTrust PAM tools, ensuring security and compliance.

Required Skills

Hands-on BeyondTrust implementation expertise.
Strong background in Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Preferred Skills

Relevant certifications (BeyondTrust or PAM-related) a plus.
