We're seeking a Corporate Sustainability Apprentice who is passionate about environmental and social impact, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to real-world sustainability projects that make a difference. You'll join a high-performing team of sustainability professionals and gain hands-on experience helping to implement key initiatives that align with our long-term corporate sustainability priorities. Position Details

Pay: $22.00/hour
The anticipated start date for this role is as soon as the hiring process is complete. The exact start date and working schedule will be finalized during the interview and selection process in collaboration with you, your manager, and the team. This role offers a unique opportunity to align your schedule with both business needs and your individual circumstances, ensuring a mutually beneficial arrangement that supports team success and your professional growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Researching and analyzing industry-leading sustainability trends and practices
Supporting the rollout of sustainability initiatives and programs across the company
Monitoring sustainability metrics and preparing reports for leadership
Developing educational materials and communication strategies to promote sustainability engagement
Creating compelling presentations and executive briefings for cross-functional stakeholders

What You Need to Have

Actively pursuing or already holding a bachelor's or graduate degree in Environmental Science, Business, Sustainability, Public Policy, or a related discipline OR equivalent professional experience in a related field (e.g., sustainability, process improvement, client engagement)
Early career professionals, entry level candidates, or career changers with transferable skills are encouraged to apply
Demonstrated foundational knowledge or experience in communication-written, verbal, or interpersonal
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
